Ordering goods through the Shopping Cart

  • First, find the goods you want to buy. You can search either by scrolling through categories or by using text search.
  • If you find the goods, read all the information about the product.
  • If you decide to buy the goods, click on the "Add to Cart" icon. You will be redirected to the Shopping Cart. The content of the basket itself is not yet an order of goods. It is just a tool for you to collect the goods, which you then order at once.
  • If necessary, the added goods can be taken out from the shopping cart. It is up to you whether you decide to continue with the shopping or proceed with the order.
  • If you decide to continue with the shopping, the added goods will remain in your basket for the entire purchase period. This way you can add more goods to the cart.
  • You can view the content of the cart at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart located at the top right.
  • If you decide to complete the selection of goods and change the content of the shopping cart to order, first check the contents of your shopping cart. At this stage, you can still remove the goods from the shopping cart or change the number of ordered pieces.
  • If you have a discount coupon / gift voucher from us, enter its code.
  • If you agree with the contents of the cart, click on the "CONTINUE ORDER" button.
  • If you are not logged in, log in in this step. The data you entered during registration will be used automatically. You do not have to re-fill in your identification data.
  • If you are logged in, check your identification data. You can change them if necessary.
  • If you are not registered with us, continue by pressing the "CONTINUE WITHOUT REGISTRATION" button and fill in your identification data.
  • In the next step, choose the method of transport and the form of payment. Depending on what you choose, you will see the total price for the purchase.
  • If you agree with the order, press the "ORDER WITH PAYMENT OBLIGATION" button, which makes the order binding on your part.
  • If you confirm the order, it will be immediately entered into our system and you will receive a confirmation of delivery of the order to the email address you provided.
  • If the confirmation of delivery of the order by e-mail is not delivered to you, it may mean that a technical failure has occurred and we have not received the order. In this case, contact us:

Ordering goods by email

  • You can also order goods from us via e-mail. Just send us all the necessary information. We will create an order for you in our system, contact you and explain how you can pay for the goods.
  • The order by email must contain a list of goods, the exact address to which we will deliver the shipment and your contact information (name, telephone number and email address).
  • Send the order to the address

Payment for goods

The invoice will be sent to you automatically by e-mail when the shipment is sent.
